OPEN THE OYSTER:  Carefully open the canned oyster & discard the liquid - not one thing in the can is edible. Grab a small towel to use when opening the oyster shell.  This is a freshwater freeform rice-shaped pearl oyster with each pearl color a mystery until you open.  Holding the towel in one hand surrounding the oyster shell (to avoid cutting yourself should you slip when trying to open), try & find some edge area that you can get your chosen tool into & carefully – patiently - wiggle &ome off, as well as, it’s recommended to avoid water which may cause discoloration.

NOTE: this is NOT an Akoya pearl as you may have seen listed everywhere (& what you have been seeing are not all Akoya or even saltwater pearls … the box text is not in English as many sellers forget to state).  This is a freeform freshwater oval/rice pearl oyster from an oyster farm & is an AA quality.

PREFER STERLING SILVER:  If you plan on wearing your cage constantly, we do have some styles available in Sterling Silver, as well as, Sterling Silver chains - but the price ranges 5 to 6 times more expensive than the silver-plated chains & pearl cages.  We are also adding more sterling silver cages every month.
